Hi all.. In the process of developing the newsletter via web-based (not email as originally planned)

still in the design stages.. working with my brother as well on the graphics images.

----
This year has been a wonderful experience in investing and meeting new friends. I've truly learned a lot about the markets, but most importantly realize the limits of trading and emotions.

YTD returns is close to 85+%, so I'm truly happy and blessed. I've been working hard to "convince" my dad to retire and enjoy his life.. He is a typical Chinese father - work and no play. I wish that I've made a significant difference to our family and hope that he does retire.

My grandfather passed away this year, but I feel that life continues onward. I've treasured immensely from his advice and investing philosophies.

Merrry X-mas to all. I will be back shortly.

elctric, & all : Question on a bad fill.

I sold 200 shares of MALL on Nov.30 at 9:34 Market order thru my
fidelity premium broker. The stock was 58-59 for and approx 54 for next 10 min. Stock was in the "normal" mode. i.e. not fast trading.
stock was trading up and naz going up.

i got a fill 2hours later. at 40. My borker clearley felt it was a bad fill. Yet one month later fido premium team manager tells me there is nothing fido can do that the market maker claims this is the best he can do.

I would like to know what are my alternatives at this point.
At this point i m talking about differnece of $3500. not a huge deal for me but if I m going to be in this buisness i need to handle this kind of things. U can clearly see i have a good point here if u check the time of sales.

Who at fideilty, my agent (should be representing me) could help me.
We need to learn our rights, very important
