I agree Seth really caused this thing to get trashed ! The Cramer thing, I thought too would prevent this from happening again !

To RON;RE Seth tobius.People on the yahoo thread are forming a class action lawsiut agaainst all parties.I think they have a good chance of winning.I will join.One point.I thought Tobius trashed the stock BEFORE he admitted he was short.Do you agree?I saw the stock tank 10 busks pre market on his comments.Mark and Joe Kernan also made false and misleading statements concerning the company.
