PoorRich...<<Many of us long on AOL are very concerned about competition from companies with lots of bandwidth.>>

Rich, I don't think we will have to be too concerned much longer...A deal, actually multiple deals, ARE in the works for AOL to be into Cable and ISD partnerships...

Keith Benjamin, BA Roberton Stephens Internet Analyst, said just a couple weeks ago he expects such alliance(s) to be announced VERY SOON.

CSFB, who downgraded AOL from Strong Buy to Buy, based on price alone (saying the Fundamentals ARE still intact, in fact they expect AOL to
BEAT THEIR OWN ESTIMATES!), said in their statement when the partnerships with "Broadband" companies are announced they will have to re-evaluate their Recomm. and may need to UP THEIR RATING....What do you think?...I say CSFB will be doing that SHORTLY.

Regards, George
