I don't think there is any crim involvment in GSIC. They are legit. IMO. Maybe they are mismanaged and have a poor biz model. They have a concept, which they've had difficulty getting off the ground. GSIC is one of my leftover holdings from last summer, which I took a small position in and let rot. I'm kicking myself for not selling it at the peak the other day. I've not been monitoring it too closely. As for P&D, I see it happen every day. I don't think the company was directly involved in the P&D activities. They aren't responsible for the promos done by SI posters either.
