Dear Zeev: I have never posted on your thread, but have learnt a lot from you about floorless convertibles. If you have the time, I am wondering if you would be willing to look at the company announcement: talk.techstocks.com on the PCMS thread. The wording is rather complicated, but I think that the convertibles described are floorless. What is your assessment? Thanks for your help, Bernard Levy PS: I do not have a stake (long or short) in the company. I have been looking at it from the sidelines for the last few months.
