OT--A recent study showed that 3 out of 5 people who make a sincere
effort to quit smoking---fail----the best I have been able to do is not inhale--that is I never suck it down into my lungs---o some gets down for sure---but it is a lot better than really inhaling--also there is product called aquafilters that I use--- ---I have found that nicorettes really really do get nicotine into the blood--and there are more and more doctors who have
suggested strongly that it is better to have people who can't quit to
switch to permanent use of nicorettes---hmmm that is stock idea:)-nicorette sales could really increase---just saying this,to let you know,it ain't easy to quit--but my wife did--and whenever she says she wants a cigarrette--I say this house can only support one addict:)----Good Luck,Max BTW,I played basketball heavy duty until
the age of 40,a point guard type---and I found that relentless, beyond the pain physical endeavors did somehow manage to compensate for my smoking--for some reason I still have good lungs---but then I consume large quantities of vitamin E--and have for 30 years--hope you are one of the 2 out 5 who succeed---but I do get mad at the tobacco industry---one of my grand-nephews recently asked me why do I smoke(he is 6) when it is bad for your health and I sat him down and gave him a history lesson on when cigarrettes would dance on TV--and you would actually have commercials where "doctors" would tell you studies have shown that smoking is GOOD for your health--I told how we were brainwashed by big tobacco companies and so on and so on-but to see
television in the 50s is unbelievable---all smoke,smoke,smoke--Max
