>>Current insurance coverage requires a typical a typical family to pay $300-$500 per month, or more, to cover 80% of medical claims. As a RDI Marketing Member, Members pay only $17 per month to cover up to 50% of the same claims for their entire family!<<

Jeff--this looks very interesting. However, for many families 50% coverage is insufficient. Do you know if one can pay more and get 80% coverage? However 50% for %17 sounds terrific.

Also do you know the details of the PP? Is it limited to 2M shares?

Thanks.

An excerpt from the PanAmerican Bancorp web site -

PanAmerican Healthcorp is also dedicated to developing and introducing new technology for the medical marketplace. On December 4, 1998 the Company announced that it has entered into a contract with National Health & Safety for an exclusive marketing and management arrangement for all products. PanAmerican Healthcorp will provide expansion capital and marketing to incorporate National Health's POWERx Medical Benefits Network into PanAmerican's Patient Alliance of America. The agreement with National Health & Safety includes the national marketing of a new cancer detection technology for which NHS recently acquired the exclusive North American rights. The new technology is a soft tissue ultra-sound scanner (Longport scanner).

Is there a relationship between PanAmerican Bancorp and RDI Marketing
Inc.?

Jeffrey...

hello, hello, helloooooo... hope you had a wonderful Christmas.....

I have quite a dilemma... seems that you're touting POWERx over here and claim that RDIM has exclusive rights to market it...well.......

in a PR dated December 7th... PRWT claims to have a joint venture..http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/981207/panamerica_1.html (not sure EXACTLY what this entails but POWERx is and has been on PRWT's official web site for some time...)

AND........ESVS claims exclusive rights, as well....
biz.yahoo.com
although ESVS was delisted from NASDAQ shortly after this announcement... the delisting doesn't necessarily disqualify them from having some "control" of POWERx....I'm calling ESVS tomorrow to see if I can clarify this exclusive rights question... will let you know what I find out...

It would help me out greatly if you would tell me what your understanding of RDIM's agreement with POWERx (NHLT) is so that I can get to the bottom of this.... if you've already explained this on the thread I apologize... perhaps you could give me the links...

The POWERx Medical Benefits Network was developed and sponsored by National Health & Safety (NHLT). The POWERx Network has over 350,000 of the nations hospitals, surgeons and physicians and over 90% of the nations pharmacies included. POWERx benefits are guaranteed to everyone regardless of medical condition, age, or health history. The plan does not necessarily have to replace current plans, but can also be used to lower out of pocket expenses. To get more info try the following sites or call 1-800-421-4943.
