*******NEW FLASH**** In the spirit of the holiday season, PRESIDENT CLINTON has pardoned 28 hardened criminals (and 5 who couldn't get hard). This latter group were being held on misdemeanors related mainly to crimes against animals. They included: Freddy Shooter B. Grunt A.K.A. Grant Nite-Man A.K.A. Big Booger Cyrus A.K.A. Darrell Tears came to the eyes of Freddy and Shooter (who was wearing a stained dress) as they led the other three in a chorus of "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow" outside the White House. **Note, unfortunately, all five were quickly rearrested for climbing the White House fence in pursuit of Buddy and Socks.
