Jim Cramer has been a frequent guest on CNBC's morning Squawk Box.
He is sometimes very entertaining compared to other analyst's.
A few weeks back he referred "WAVO" as a fraud-net company
and stated he tried to short the stock. The CEO from WAVO was on a
satellite link and Cramer and the CNBC announcer's made a mockery
out of Whavephore. See company news under "WAVO".The stock crashed
that day and Cramer and CNBC were the culprits.Cramer and CNBC
were about to face several lawsuits.

The same type of trashing by Seth Tobias and CNBC prior to Thursday's
morning opening caused MZON from gapping up to drop to $38 and lower.
Seth Tobias admitted he shorted MZON before the interview.
His actions were illegal.
