TO ALL INTO EMERSON: After rereading the 13d submitted by Oaktree, I found a very interesting tidbit. IF Emerson agreed to Oaktrees offer and then reneged, there would be a $250,000 charge to pay for Oaktrees time and expense. That charge would be equal to almost 1/2 million shares of Emerson at present prices. Hmmm thought provoking but hopefully won't happen. By the way Allen, I really liked your post. Emerson the underdog little company comes back to kick it up! Lately movies have been made with less substance. Would love to know the behind the scenes final script for this one!
