Zeev, in layman's terms what exactly does all this mean? Would you be good enough to spell this out to someone who can't untangle the sentences and the legalspeak? I'd appreciate this a lot and I'm sure others would too, so we'd be better able to understand what risk devolves unto us if (let's say) negatives begin to appear. On the other hand, what about the positives? (Risk is hardly a factor then, right?) But under what circumstances could such stock-conversion risk reappear? Is it risk built in, or can it diminish or disappear over time? Sorry to bother you with this over the holidays, and if you're uable to answer I'll understand, but perhaps then someone else might be able to help with the disentangling.
