KIS, calm down, I can feel your pain for shorting AMZN. Yes, I am long AMZN and very happy about it. Even if AMZN crashes to $100 (as you wish), I am still very profitable. Back to the Market discussion, yes, Market is always right at any given point of time. Bre-X and Presstek were valued correctly at each point of time. When each stock crashes, yes, Market values their prices correctly again. Only people's expectation about the future changes from one time to another. AMZN is correctly valued as of today at about $320. Stock prices change due to the different expectation at the different time. The big question is, "Can you imagine what will the internet industry look like in 5 years?" If you believe that the internet is just a passing fad and will disappear in 5 years, then AMZN is overvalued. However, currently, Market think it differently. TIA. B.J.
