The Iraq bombing rocked the markets in 1991... Yet now, these normal market bombers had no effect... The Speaker of the House Livingston resigns... Brazil heads further down the tubes... Any one of these things would normally have the market tumble... Not this time... The tape keeps heading higher... The S&P 500 and NYSE make new all time highs... The market wants to go higher...
