Can you read Level II activity? MMs did not sell a single share under 15 into the close. According to your reasoning BAMM was over when it closed at 12 15/16 the day before Thanksgiving, well off its high of 16 1/4. Of course we all know what happened thereafter. Technical analysis has its place, but there are many other factors to consider. It is ill-advised to concentrate on any single factor exclusively.

As for your statement that "There are too many longs trapped between 13-20" - it is false. They sold on the way down. Those who waited until the last half hour were shaken out. The majority still in SKYM are either investors or traders positioning for a near-term surge.

I wish you luck shorting at the open. You will need it.
