I think investors should evaluate their buy /sell decisions on the merits of the company and not on what another investor might or could do. My impression has been that you are an investor and not a trader?>> I do think the Reg D guys have been selling over the last several months, especially into news. What I DON'T know is how much they have LEFT to sell. (If they want to.) Unfortunately, I can't classify myself as an INVESTOR anymore. I have become much more of a short-term trader. (Three years with ANCR as my largest holding has had that effect. <g>) Craig
