Come on...this is gutter character assassination with imflamatory rhetoric designed to cover carefull thought with emotional insanity like two teenagers in a street fight. If you think either Clinton or Reagan sit on a throne like some dictator in a third world country, I suggest again you are comparing our form and function of government with Chile, Peru, and Aregentina. Clinton or Reagen could sit on their duffs, and much of world policy would be the same. We have committees ad nauseam for each military action we take. About the only thing a President REALLY is responsible for is his or her own image, what they say in public, and the image they leave about the morality of the people they represent.
