You are 'creative' in your interpretation of the Constitution.

I carefully read your post...did you understand mine?

Take a look at the 17 times previous impeachment proceedings occurred
and tell me how many were for misdemeanors and how many were not?
And of those misdemeanors...what made them HIGH misdemeanors? And
where do you find ANY definition of a HIGH misdemeanors.

Also, how many previous impeachment proceedings of judges resulted in
censure by the house and not by the senate ( I believe zero!)

Also, rule by political polling is exactly what the framers were
trying to avoid, your interpretation is exactly opposite that intent.
Representative Democracies are NOT run by polls, as you suggest. Your
view that the 'will of the people' is reflected in a poll administered
by non-disclosed methods not held up to the scrutiny of the voters is
mob rule. This is what we as a nation were trying to avoid during the
civil rights era...and now, the proud tradition of the Democratic
Party is being smeared by a return to it for political convenience.

It's a shame.

Job description...and your specific legal description of the President's job is???
