Ok , my apologies , it wasn't Kurlak who said that but the writer of the article in BW with subheading "Twilight Zone" .
To quote "Thats not to say , however that all is well. Prices of many popular tech stocks , including IBM and Intel corp. are at sky high levels"..... "Merril Lynch analystThomas P. Kurlak says semiconductor stocks are overheated and warns investors to avoid all but a handful of niche stocks going into '99" .
A mistake like that does weed out the defenders of the faith (Intel)
though . <vbg>.
It is important to note that Intel is not among the BW 6 best picks for '99 .
They are AOL ,MSFT , Lucent,CSCO , MCI and last but not least (except in P/E) AMD .
have a good evening , Brian
