Sergio,

BTSR: Stock should be trading at least at book of 9+ oversold at this point with very little selling in the last few sessions. Looks to be a good trading stock with some decent FA, as you pointed out.

There are some red flags to the co however, Some very iffy and vague statements in discussion re; stock compensation to officers of the co., I'm never real crazy about a co. the operates totally through the subsids only. The rev's have no real collection time to them and if a client cancels...the co is out what ever they have into the setup...no penalty to the client. The majority of expense is salaries of consultants with no particular hard assets. There does not seem to be any consistant earnings flow as discussed by management in the 10k as revs and earnings are based solely on client load and payment. No backup to rev's by diversification of the biz. All of their eggs are in one basket, so to speak. POSO is kind of in the same line of work....

Good trading stock on volume, but there are better opps out their.

Just a cursory look, but that is what I gleaned from the last 10k...
