flickerful, My last face to face meeting with Ed Bramson was over a year ago. At that meeting and in a previous one, he didn't strike me as the kind of person who liked bugs, in his ear or anywhere else! <g> If he is in the midst of negotiating additional acquisitions he may not be in a position to write any type of "Chairman's letter" or anything else at the moment. Perhaps a call to Ampex IR (Karen) on Monday might be appropriate. I agree about the "baton passing". The civilized thing would have been to discuss it when the baton was passed and as you know, not a word was said. Dave
