It means they are not solely dependent on selling cards or CDs over the internet.

With a state of the art call center, they can sell their own products over the phone or contract their phone services out to other sellers, etc.

However money can be made by telephone, TSIG can make it!

In other words, they are not a one or two trick pony.

They have a whole bag full of tricks!
