What's Asensio's call on Zonagen now?

I noticed he issued a few press releases from 11/97 - 1/98
which brought the stock from 40 to 20. A few months later the
stock was at 40 again and not a peep out of Asensio. Why?
The way I see it he attacked the stock to save/create a short
position or he was clueless in his reports. Since his first press release was 1 day after a $10 million endorsement from Schering-Plough I'd have to conclude he paniced.

Since his reports trying to kill Zonagen/Vasomax the company
has received acceptance of a New Drug Application from the FDA,
$20 million in licensing fees from Schering-Plough. Vasomax was approved in Mexico, the company has bought back 400,000 shares and it's had its first profitable quarter (Q398).

I just want to know 2 things:
Why didn't he attack when the stock reached 40 again(had he covered?)
Does it seem like he misjudged Zonagen or, did he flat out manipulate
the price.

As of 12/20 the stock is at 20 still but it looks like it has 2
moderate buy recommendations based on a better "side effect" profile
than Viagra for Vasomax. I think one is from CIBC. So what's his
call on Zonagen now. Why hasn't he said anything on Zonagen for
a year now.
