Rocky Mountain Internet RMII - This ISP expanding throughout the country. RMII makes IBD's 15 Most % UP in Price Monday's edition, 7th on the list RMII had a 516% increase in average daily volume. Stock nearly traded 1.4 million shares. I'd be surprised with this low float (1.9 million) if the stock didn't gap up Monday. This one is just getting started. COuld develop into the next Mindspring or Earthlink.
