James,

S&P has just released a report on TAVA. You can buy it for $5 at multexinvestor.com. After free registration look for the reports section. It is basically all the fundamentals. Although it gives an analysts consensus "Buy", it is clear that there is only one, regional analyst. You know the rest.

Re T/A: My TAVA weekly chart is looking decidedly Bullish. There's the breakout to close over the 6 1/4 area; 7-day RSI is in a strong uptrend; and MACD (FastMA-9, SlowMA-15, MACDMA-10), which has been historically a good indicator, is Bullish. The Fast line crossed over around Oct. 23 and closed last week just reaching "0". If it crosses over and continues up, things will be looking good. And of course, a weekly price close above 7 in an uptrend would be ideal!

Also, I see that your 13-week MA closed the week at 7.491. Not so far away to make that magical crossover?!

On the daily chart, if you draw a trendline from the
Oct. 9 bottom to the top of last Thursday's bar you will see that TAVA banged up against yet another strong trendline. However, it did cross above the downtrend line on Thursday, as well.

Lookin' good so far.

Cheers,
Bond
