He may indeed have been killing other than "Commies" but this was an argument that I did not want to get in to at this time. My discussion about the will of the people was about my changing opinion to the argument that his crimes didn't fit the impeachment definition. Thus my prattling on about the success of our system and the brilliance of our founding fathers in their setting up the rules that have stood the test of 200 years. <<Should I 'trust' history or your opinion on how we should feel?>> I don't recall suggesting you should in any way trust how I feel.As far as history goes are you suggesting that even if there has been an impeachment for lesser crimes that means it has been correct? Even if Clinton were convicted by the Senate on the existing evidence it would not change my mind. History proves that it happened not anything else. pez
