How could it not be a misunderstanding?

I don't think OE would have issued their PR about a delay, which left some doubt as to whether OCP was even still under consideration. Although it seems most OE press releases have a mysterious tone about them. You'd think even if DB asked that an announcement be delayed, the OE PR would have at least been more optimistic.

If this were true, the stock price would reflect it - from insiders knowing alone.

Where did S&P publish these remarks? How come we've only found them now?

On the other hand, this seems to have too many details - especially with a realistic number of $40 - to be an error. And the dates are logical too.
