Heyy Harry, Good Morning to you! SEC Filing Costs: While actual costs can differ for each Company thought it would be interesting to see as an example. Filing the Form 10 and then the quarterly 10-K's and 10-Q's: accounting costs $70,000 legal fees $50,000 proxy fees $30,000 In this example becoming a reporting company would cost the Company an extra $150,000 annually. We can expect these types of costs going forward, an expense we look forward to!!!!! AMBTS,, Barbara P.S. While it seems a small amount of money (in this example), depending on how much is absorbed in the 4thQ, it may effect EPS disproportionately, beyond that a mere line item as revies increase.
