You've got me confused.

S&P reports this and then Outlook drops coverage of OE? Doesn't make sense. Coverage goes on for years, then S&P finds out they were right, but they suddenly lose interest? Are you saying that S&P has continued coverage of OE but Outlook has not? I was never an Outlook subscriber, always reading it at my local library (like most), so I'm not really familiar with the workings of S&P publications.
