REPUBLICANS LOSING SUPPORT.....They want a trial let em have it and since it is so important the President should be able to call any person..ie Monica...etc etc that may enhance his case....The trial hopefully goes on and on and closer to da elections....Support fer Republicans is low and going lower as every day goes on......ahahahaha

Two speakers are down and out and now a few radical militant Republicans will leave the party in a total mess just to satisfy their jealousy.........

<<Perhaps my greatest aggravation with Clinton is a failure to DISCUSS issues (reference your prior post). With Clinton every issue is a Crusade where there are victims and villains with the biggest victim being truth.>>Welcome to politics Bob. I am in no way saying Clinton is some sort of a ... ahem...statesman here, understand? I think if you can be objective you will recognize that Democrats could say the same about a Republican President. What politician doesn't have an agenda that they want to protect with double talk about their perception of what the public wants to here? Clinton no better , no worse in my obviously biased opinion.
<<Now, we may have the Social Security debate this next year. I am sure there will be no proposal from Clinton but lots of rhetoric about evil Republicans>> I'll bet we do have a SS proposal from BC in 99.Of course we will still hear about the evil Republicans. Just like we have been hearing about the evil BC for the past year.
<<It is so unfortunate that the scandal that gets attention is Monica.>> Well thank Ken Star for this one! He had how many years and how much money to dig up something and Monica is all we get? What is Congress suppose to do impeach on other issues when Star himself can produce nothing?

How refreshing to read an actual, thoughtful critique of Clinton as a politician rather than some conspiratorial tripe alleging the president is resonsible for the impending collapse of Western Civilization.

I would add to your analysis, however, that Clinton has only perfected the image-based political tactics and rhetoric of Ronald "Morning in America" Reagan. They called Ronnie the "teflon" president. Clinton blows him away in the no-stick department. This guy gets impeached and his approval ratings go up.
