Tomas, IMO this sounds like the typical propaganda pattern of the past to match any positive news. Certainly doesn't sound like a good military strategy to tell someone you're on the way to attack them. Mr Jimmy Carter once stated that the SPLA should get to the peace talks and negotiate, rather than be egged on by the CIA to fight a war they can't possibly win. I wander if Mr Carter is still actively involved in a peace process. Ed
