SALT is no surprise but 12 oil companies? TSRI can be explosive, it had to digest some of its recent gains. I pulled out of it for the time being. Keep an eye on OVRL as it pulled into tie for top rating of 11 this week. SALT hit a 12 during the week but the RS dropped back to 97, so it is right of the edge of being a 12.

PS: OVRL only has
ADV of 97,500 so you'll have to wait until it gets a little higher. <G>
