Reg D or not, ANCR share price goes as the company's fortunes go. Does anyone think that the virtually zero revenue quarter when the Hucom revenue seemed lost would have gone unnoticed and unpunished if there were no Reg. D'ers? OEMs---> price up. Revenues---> price up. If not....price down.
