It is most probably headed for bankruptcy like its former sister company SYCR.

With RP devoting all of his time to this company right now, it probably is only a matter of time before it completely falls apart.

BUY Recommendation: MXMXD

CULVER CITY, Calif., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ --
The following was released today by Media X Corporation:

The Wall Street Warrior, a monthly newsletter read by over 1.5 Million
investors in 17 countries just released their review and "Buy" recommendation
on Media X Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: MXMXD). The Warrior is a small
but respected publication whose independent analysts receive no compensation
from any company they review nor from their competitors. Their U.S. Office
(305-262-2626) released the December issue on the 15. Amongst the 13 companies
they reviewed, they recommended 5 sells, 1 hold, and 7 buys including the
following on MXMXD:
"MXMXD - A very small but interesting internet company that sets up and
manages interactive web sites for screen stars, recording artists like Rod
Stewart (whose site got over 1 million hits in it's first six weeks) etc.
Additionally, the company is offering over 256,000 music and video titles on
CD and DVD at Amuznet.com. The rumors are that this may be the first company
to offer "music on demand" via downloads from an FTP music library and is
looking to acquire a company that just patented the only universally
compatible video link switch required for top quality video conferencing and
live concerts. With the right infusion of capital this company is poised to
fly high. Management is shrewd and results-orientated. (See www.MediaX.com)
Our recommendation: BUY"
