If you feel that RMBS will not get down to 95 again and you want to keep your stock, I think you can buy back your covered call with a loss of 2 1/4 share, and at the same time sell a naked put Jan95 at 4 1/4. You can do a COMBO. Remember the January effect. A lot of stock will go up, and RMBS is a good company. So rolling your covered call on a good stock (which keeps going up) is not a good strategy.
