Mohan, Great article on window dressing, but I think the new term for window dressing should be "covering our ass". Don't you love it, The MM's lag their indexes all year while they try and shovel that low PE undervalued crap. Then when they look up and see they are not even beating the S&P what do they do, they turn around and buy the overvalued stocks they talk bad about to bail their butts out. I guess what I did this whole year was called window dressing because the only stocks I bought were AOL, YHOO, MSFT, DELL, CSCO, LU. I don't know about you, but I did not have trouble beating an index, even all the indexes added together. The Pros just don't get it, the name of the game is not to pick a stock that is a good value, it is to pick a stock that makes money no matter what the valuation is.
