I would say 10 - there were about 15 people total, excluding Don. Three were from the company (Susan - office manager, Hutch and Bill Adams - controller). Out of the other 12, 2 were spouses (not sure of the name of the other, but my husband was with me). So I would say either 10 or 11 shareholders were represented.

Last year there were about 30 people present (a few spouses) plus some office staff. It was much larger last year. But it was at a better time of the year. It was my understanding that Don had the conference call to accomodate the shareholders who would be unable to attend the meeting since it was Xmas week. Also, the meeting was much shorter and sort of anti climactic to the conference call. Most was a repetition of the call, with a few more detailed explanations given.

My impression was that everyone left feeling optimistic that the worst is behind us and that if we can nail even half the contracts that are pending, we will be in great shape.
