Yes it looks like you are right based on the post alone but there was more information in my packet. I still there is a strong possibility of a strategic partnership as these companies are affiliated with Fortune Marketing who does their IR/PR. It does look like both PCS and PCN, although these mergers are hardly completed. Please everyone do take the time to call Fortune Marketing or John Folgers CEO of RDIM himself.
