>>>"...didn't have the legacy of court judgements that Pat Hayton has."<<<

Mr. Tara, could please provide a definition of "legacy of court judgments?"

Once you've done that, please list the cases specifically against Pat Hayton, the individual, while also denoting which cases are under appeal or were settled for minor damages to his advantage? I respectfully request that you apply quality research behind your accusations, and not merely throw something out hoping to get your intended negative tilt.

I know you can quote from disgruntled or fired SIM employees who induced the Wired material, but even Wired did not comment on the ultimate resolve of the cases it mentioned. I would like to know HOW YOU KNOW these cases have been ultimately resolved, and whether or not you realize that they've exhausted appeal.

Thanks, Jon.

Jon, I know you began posting after the Wired articles and never really did have any positive interest in Zulu, but since Zulu has bought brandsforless.com, I thought you'd be interested in knowing that you can find BFL at the following locations: Geocities, Hotbot, Digital Cities, AOL, Yahoo and DejaNews. I also understand radio advertisements are now beginning to run on BFL offerings.

Whatta ya think, Jon, think any advertising revenues to support ecommerce revenues will result from the BFL acquisition?

Furthermore, I resent the role you're trying to play with the questions. Your involvement is equivalent to a bunch of teenage kids who are plotting on they're going to wreck mischief on the neighborhood. Indeed, you have no interest other than trashing this Zulu and the man behind the Zulu vision, Pat Hayton. This is clear the historical track record of your posting proves this.

Jon, BMW on Yahoo found the following link: This IMG Interactive group has a pretty good list of clients and it appears ZuluGroup.com is provided due respect. How come you won't give Zulu its due respect? Don't you realize eventually you're gonna be eating crow on this the subject of Zulu? Or don't you care? What's going to happen to the integrity of Jon Tara once all the investors whom you've driven away from this stock realize that Zulu's the real deal?
