Proxy Voting.. I did vote no on #2, but yes on 3. And no on 7 but yes on 8. As far as 8 goes, I thought is was pretty dumb to have to vote again to issue shares for an employee stock option plan that had already been approved. Maybe they need some additional legal advice. Also, I think they should increase the amount of directors on the board, and bring in some more players to give prospective to the situation. It looked like there are only 3 or 4 counting Sim. I disagree on you not wanting to vote for the Directors fees. How else can you bring in new meat? My vote on 1,900 shares won't make a difference, but what else can a guy do. Regards, JP
