I am not sure of anything in life except death & taxes. I can only refer you to the 3 analysts who cover MRVC and say that the statement of a potential loss has been confirmed to me by conversations I have had with the people you mention. I don't want to spell it out to clearly because I would not like to lose my lines of communication. I hope that is understandable to you. The analysts were guided to those numbers shortly after the annual meeting. I might suggest you talk to Dianne occasionally, she seems more than co-operative to communicate. btb
