FMK and Larry, you two looks like two ships passing by each other through the night, not noticing each other. FMK keep saying that the s-3 is referring to a line 3 (which I failed to see) and Larry keep stating it refers to the first line.

By the way, Fred, your statement about the 1800 batteries and 2500 batteries (and I still have not seen a settlement if these are batteries or cells, but forget about that for a moment) sounds almost like my mantra about TA and FA, well rehearsed and immutable. Where can I find confirmation of these numbers? Do these numbers depend on getting $2.5 per watt-hour or are these still operative at $1.65 $/watt-hour?

Fred: I'm more concerned about the timetable for line 1. I'm glad your understanding is that line 1 and line 2 have been production qualified. You obviously have access to a source of information who is willing to go far beyond what the company says in any of its press releases, conference calls, or SEC filings.

By any chance, is this the same source who told you over a year ago that several lines were providing production samples to OEMs? Is this the same source who assured you over and over that production was on target for late 97 and then first quarter 98? Is this the same source who you relied on when you estimated a 99% chance of a contract last fall?

Or do you now have a new source who is feeding your material?
