RDIM, (OTC-BB .60) - I heard from a friend that there will be another RDIM conference call this afternoon. I'll update interested investors this afternoon on the phone instructions as soon as I get them.

RDI Marketing has thousands of members in seven geographical areas, from New England to New Orleans, and is in negotiations to acquire several other businesses. The acquisitions, if consummated, will include additional member service centers and product distribution companies with current revenues in excess of $50 million. By these initial acquisitions, and then serving the existing members through 20 local showrooms and service centers, the Company will create an industry-dominant consolidation and roll-up of the $8.5 Billion private membership/service provider market. Management projects revenues of $100 million for fiscal 2001 with an EBIT of $26.5 million as a direct result of the acquisition and consolidation of existing businesses targeted by the Company.

RDIM's e-commerce division is being headed by Alfred Werner. Mr. Werner's Internet development team has delivered successful financial results on behalf of such notable Internet sites as "PC Flowers and Gifts". Along with the e-commerce segment of their business, RDIM expects to open over 100 physical locations. RDIM anticipates concluding the acquisition of 2 multi-unit buying clubs, which will provide the initial physical locations necessary to service both Internet and traditional membership support. The Company is in the discussion stage for additional locations.

Regards, Jeff

Interesting article here I found on Internet IPO's. It was interesting reading this and thinking how well RDIM's plan to integrate profitable private wholesale buying clubs with e commerce will work especially when added to an internet navigation site that had 16 million hits in November:

cbs.marketwatch.com.

RDI Marketing should hit the ground running with a targeted market and a well designed business plan to take advantage of the power of e commerce and the internet.

I listened to the RDI Marketing conference call again today. It struck me again how easy it would be for this stock to catch fire because of these combinations. RDIM will be starting with profits derived from selling to that well targeted market. After all people join private wholesale buying clubs for one reason.

TO SPEND MONEY
.

Add a top notch e commerce site set up with a well defined audience plus an internet navigation site taking 16 million hits a month. The number of potential strategic partners is staggering. Advertising dollars should roll in too.
