" ...want to know about the company?"

Surely, Jon, even you know that some of those questions are NOT about the company!

>>>BTW, I note that you have submitted no questions of your own. Is there nothing you want to know about the company?<<<

You forget my coffee meeting in Boston from which I reported there would be a shopping entity brought on board. At that time I also reported the ESVS deal would be inked. Now these two things have come true. Although we haven't yet gotten the announced CEO, we were all pleasantly surprised to note Robert Chmiel's decision to join the ZuluGroup team. Jon, were you so surprised?

You also forget a couple of times in recent posts I've noted I have no need to ask questions, that I felt comfortable that my investment would come out OK. I've tried, as best as possible, to develop quality contacts in this, rather than to have my inquiry take the form of nuisance. Firmly behind this, has been my patience to first understand what has happened rather than condemn what has happened.

Brady, if you recall, was at a point of trying to get people to send me five-dollar phone cards. To which I replied put some questions in writing and I would forward them on his and others' behalf. I guess it was a mistake on my part to assume that the questions would be reasonable ones. I also thought it prudent to limit two questions to each asker and for the asker to put their own humanity, i.e., real names, behind their query. Is there really anything wrong with my position, Jon?

And let me ask you, if you submit a questions the first of which are bogus and you don't get an answer, what would you then do? Would you not use this as a vehicle to further condemn the company? Of course you would. So please don't be harsh on me simply because I'm wise enough to see through your plan.

When you passed by the company daily, when it was in El Segundo, you could have visited--you didn't. Now, you're a few hours away from LA, you could still visit. Forget about the questions, Jon, go visit the company and get the photos you were going to get before. If I had the money, time and resources I would go. I remain hopeful still that invitation of some time ago, will still pan out.

In the meanwhile, all I can do is hope myself and try to be helpful where possible. And it's clear to me that those questions as presently formed will not be helpful, but rather harmful for they are subject to become a vehicle for your side in the propaganda battle we're locked in.

Now that Christmas has passed and my transcription work has eased a bit, I have more time. If anyone would like to send to me two questions with your full name and city of residency, I'll collect them and pass them on to Pat Hayton. But I insist these questions be of quality and that they not be predicated out of personal vendetta.
