You DID misunderstand the purpose of the list of questions. As I understand it, a number of people here had questions for Pat Hayton. Brady offered to collect them and PartyTime offered to forward them to him. Until recently (the past couple of days) the focus was on Pat Hayton. Nobody even suggested asking the questions of anyone else. Note that it was the "pro-Zulu crowd" that deemed that Pat Hayton was the appropriate person to answer the questions. In fact, it was I who first suggested that he might not be the right person to answer some of the questions, and I addressed that in my proposed cover letter, asking Pat to pass-on any questions about the company that he wouldn't be able (or legally permitted) to answer.
