Topfuel, It is clear from the language in the PR that the acquisition is not yet complete. These folks are just in the development stage, about where TSIG was 6 months or so ago. However, if they successfully complete the AHBC acquisition (which must be near completion) and the PCN completion, they will have an excellent start. Now if they add to that an excellent website (which will probably be completed sometime in March when they will have hopefully completed their acquisitions), this could be a very successful group. I will call tomorrow or Tuesday. If you and/or other posters have some good questions, I will ask them.
