Jenna ,Good Morning and I do hope you had a great X'Mas and all is well with the family, I just got back from work and was wondering about your opinion on picking up AOL on Monday specially since it is now an S&P Co. I feel that there might be a lot of Mutual Fund Co's that track the S&P that might step up to the plate on Jan the 1st to buy in heavily. Also your opinion on what to buy before the year end for a Jan pop. Take care and God Bless keep up the good work as there are lots of us who really appreciate all you are doing for us to make this market an even playing field for us little folks .......
Best wishes always,
BurjisS

Al,there is a thread for broker complaints on SI called fight the power.Since you have never used ABW its not really fair of you to be slamming them yet alone telling Jenna who does use them, that she's wrong for praising them or recommending them.Everybody can accept that in general, discount broker also means discount service and nobody should expect more-you get what you pay for.No matter what ,so long as you are not paying premium price you arent going to get premium service-i think thats all the due dilligence you have to ponder.Anyway, how you,me,anybody makes money is by trading stocks not whining about less than great discount broker service. And thats where Jenna/MG shines and can get you what we're all in this game for-bux.Jenna provides excellent stock picks and if you started trading her picks and making the bux you wouldnt be sweating the small stuff.I followed her picks for the last 3 months before i sent her my money for a subscription-in 8 years of trading ive never subscribed to any service but Jenna's picks do very well and anybody can see them published on SI and their results after.Hell,i made a chunk of change this month on MG picks and thats from daytrading 500 and 1000 lots only of MG picks-just to be safe.
Lighten up Al,start trading MG picks and you'll be happier for it and less consumed by the distant static :)

Newsletter Dec 28: Internet-Related Stocks - A Comparative Study of the Best for 1999 now on website. It is a pretty intensive research and graphical depiction. The watch list as of 7:01 is still under preparation, but it will be very short, due to the many stocks from last weeks newsletter (20) that are still good(won't report for weeks yet), this weeks (20).. These stocks from last two newsletters will be good for weeks yet, especially as earnings dates trickle in today. I'll be looking for something 'newsy' and 'hot' hopefully for today in the next hour or less.
