Larry, there were a series of posts at the time clarifying the cells vs batteries issue. You could perhaps answer your questions by reading through them. It's getting late here. Enjoy your weekend and don't worry about Valence, I suspect they might be doing better than they are telling us or maybe even better than the CIH is implying!

Larry-

I think you are wrong. I have the tape of the AUG CC and Lev definately said the line is running together....ensemble. I beleive FMK is right...especially about the part of why would LEV say anyhting at this point. It opens up too many doors. Clearly LEV sees dropping a bombshell announcement like a new order is a safer way to go than dropping little bits of info on the way tot hat order.

The unknown is a safer way to go...I am sure the lawyers advised him of such. BTW, when has LEV NOT been kryptic since he came back on board.

Again, I say, I don't think LEV et al give two hoots at the stock price today. Why should they? After all, IMHOP, they'll be the fastest company that goes from ZERO revenue to 1 billion. Sound funny? Let's see what happens over the next 12 months. Next XMAS we'll be arguing over why they don't lisence they're production technology.

Long and strong.
