What c.r earle is saying is that the President is above the law. Do you know what I thought was a joke, when the House Democrats voted against impeachment and in favor for censure. The censure would basically call Clinton a liar and dishonored the office etc etc. After the house vote, all the Democrats went over to the south lawn of the white House in support for the President who they just called a liar on the floor of the house. After the show with the President, they were laughing shaking hands with the President. If a Democrat really believe that censure would be strong punishment, they wouldn't have gone to south lawn. Censure means nothing to them. It's just an easy way out. All it is a slight spanking nothing more. He going to get away with this.
