It looks like they sold some shares the last time the stock ran up,
You know, the people at Navarre COULD be responsible for manipulating the stock by yapping about the IPO of Net Radio before the fact, and took advantage of the runup.
Of course THEY knew they weren't announcing the IPO until probably after the first of the year...but I think this was their way of getting some money just in case the internet mania was over after the holidays.(the majority of these people are over 40, what were they thinking? That half their life was over and they needed the cash for their golden years?LOL)
Unfortunately because of this many of the everyday investors got caught in the 20-27 range.
This insider trading reflects their greed, but dang! I want a piece too, and I don't care, they had better put on a big song and dance when they release that IPO...I want to see Steven Seagal ringing the opening bell and I want to see dancing bears, and FIREWORKS!!!! Yeah, that's the ticket!!!!!
The fireworks would look nice when we are sitting on the bench!

Annette

Thanks for the sites...
I think 12/24 was the date the sitemaster entered it into the computer.

Hi Lynn.....

>>>This is the page before, that gives a _lot_ of information about NAVR. What really surprised me is that NAVR does not have netradio.com listed as one of the domains it has registered>>>>

You wrote this a while back....where did you get this info.
On the Actual www.netradio.com site, there is a disclaimer that states the site is owned by Navarre Corp. Your info is wrong....

Anyway....I bought more NAVR about today. I think that the IPO will be announced this week. With the recent surge of Internet stocks, the climate is ripe for success and NAVR is ready to launch net radio anytime.

Watch for the $14 mark tomorrow (or late today!) Good sources of mine are almost sure of it.

Later,
CM
