Yes their order entry is pretty good. And the one who picks up the phone can enter the order.
I am not sure if they let you enter orders via ICQ or other electronic means but they give confirmations through them. Also with all the new PCS phones, 800 numbers dont save you anything :> Just wish they didnt keep disconnecting when it starts to rain.

Thanks for the note. If you were to call our firm, the phone is guaranteed to be answered within 2rings by someone able to take and place your order. The person taking the order might execute himself on their executins systems or might bark it over to one of my head traders if it werent an issue where 2 seconds might mean a difference. Some clients like speaking with certain traders and it is always their perogative to ask for them. Nonetheless, in doing or asking for someone specific, it might take a few seconds.

The use of our video conference server offers clients a full-time, real time means of staying in contact with us throughout the trading session. ICQ and other modes of communication also offer systems for reporting when there is an order that is being worked.

The best thing to do would be to call and speak with someone in the offices about the the trading you are doing and the serviecs you will best utilize. I will be out of the week but feel free to ask for Yi Lu or Amy Belluche, two of my top traders.

As for starting capital, for a somewhat experienced trader, just starting to become successful, somewhere between those two numbers would be appropriate. It takes a certain level of skill and capacity to monitor and maintain 5 or 9 positions. Many traders simply lock and focus on one or two, but thereby miss many opportunities as the markets rally comes swift and short lived.

Under 60 or 70 and you are undercapitalized, over 250, 400, make sure you have the strategy and experience to handle such range of issues.
